It's something one looks forward to. It's onset is a welcome event. But recognising it, is quite difficult. I hadn't, it was pretty surprising, when I realised it was months since the nagging pain had disappeared. Losing weight is a symptom of the onset, or a outcome of remission, that's something I don't know but for me it did happen. I'm at a threshold that seemed impossible to achieve in terms of weight reduction. The irritable side effect is often to be the center of inspiration for one's who want to loose weight, and wanting to know the sure shot way for it. The other extreme is the one's who are kinda worried and ask "is all well ? " . I end up thinking what to answer - end up saying it's almighty wish.
Posture is something which is more time taking to correct. The irrevocable changes to the spine in terms of the squaring of vertebral bodies, loss of intervertebral disc spaces , tend to change the posture, that becomes more visible with weight loss. Hopefully yoga exercises could bring a change in posture.
By the way still sticking to NSD. It seems the way out of AS.
